Adding & Updating Shipping Address

To add a shipping address:

  1. First log in to your Shopfront account
  2. If you are not automatically directed to your Account Dashboard, click on the right hand corner where it says “Hi Your Name” and select Dashboard from the drop down list.
  3. Once you’re in the dashboard, click on the My Shipping Address Book tab. This will take you to your Address Book where your saved shipping addresses are stored. The first address shown should be your default shipping address.
  4. To add an address click on the box that says Add New Address. This will open up the Add New Shipping Address page. You can use your TAB key on your keyboard to move from field to field or simply click in the text box below each heading to enter the information.
  5. First enter your Full Name.
  6. Next enter Address Line 1 and Address Line 2.
  7. Select a Delivery Location and enter the City.
  8. By default, your Country will already be selected.
  9. Next enter an Email Address and Phone Number.
  10. Once you are done with entering all the details of your address, click on Add to Profile. Select Cancel if you no longer wish to add that address.
  11. After selecting to add the address to your profile, you will receive a message on your screen confirming that the new address has been added.
  12. You should see your new address now listed on your Address Book.

Shopfront allows you to add multiple shipping addresses as well as update already saved addresses.

To update a shipping address:

  1. First log in to your Shopfront account
  2. If you are not automatically directed to your Account Dashboard, click on the right hand corner where it says “Hi Your Name” and select Dashboard from the drop down list.
  3. Once you’re in the dashboard, click on the My Shipping Address Book tab. This will take you to your Address Book where your saved shipping addresses are stored. The first address shown should be your default shipping address.
  4. To edit/update an address simply click on Edit to the top right hand corner of each address box. This will open up the Edit Shipping Address page where you will be able to make changes to all data except the Country associated with the address.
  5. To make the changes you would like to, simply click in the text box of the field you would like to update and delete what is already there and enter the updated info or add what needs to be added.
  6. Once all updates have been entered click on the Confirm tab to the bottom of the page.

Changing the default shipping address

If you only have one shipping address, it will automatically be set as your default shipping address. However, if you have multiple shipping addresses saved on your account, you may decide to change your default shipping address.

In your Address Book, each address is in a separate box. Each box should have a Make Default option to the top left hand corner. Select this option to make a particular address your default shipping address by clicking in the Make Default button.

You will receive a message confirming the update and the address you chose will now show as your default shipping address.
