Adding Suppliers

First, log in to your business page. If you are not automatically directed to your seller dashboard, click on the right-hand corner where it says “Hi Your Name” and select Dashboard from the drop-down list.

Prior to buying on Shopfront, customers get to select their preferred method of delivery and enter their address with specific directions, if necessary.

Your Seller Dashboard

Your Seller Dashboard gives you full control over your shop and the products and/or services you offer to your customers. You'll be able to perform tasks from adding products/services to tracking sales and purchases.

Getting Paid (Including Customer Orders)

Once a customer makes an order you will receive an email notification complete with the details of that order. The customer will also receive two automatically generated emails from the site, one email confirming the order and the second acknowledging payment.

Updating Business Settings

The Business Settings tab to the bottom left of your Seller Dashboard gives you the options to add and edit information about your store including Business Logo, Opening Hours and Policies.

Buyer / Shopper

Your Buyer Dashboard

On your Account Dashboard you can edit your profile info, view orders and check on their statuses, save items to a wish list, save and edit multiple shipping addresses, view open and closed invoices and save and edit multiple billing addresses.
